Service Fees & Policies
Booking Deposit:
50% of total invoice due upon booking. Balance due 7 days before event.
Security / Damage Deposit:
$1,000 refundable deposit required for all rentals.
Cancellations:
Within 14 days – deposit forfeited; 15-30 days – 50% refund; Day-of – full charge, over 30 days 100% refund
Rescheduling:
One complimentary reschedule with 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Overtime & Late Fees:
$250/hr venue; $100/hr chauffeur wait time.
Cleaning Fee:
$250 applies to events exceeding 4 guests.
Weather Policy:
Indoor backup provided if available.
Taxes & Service Charges:
HST 13% + 10% luxury service fee on private events
